vlieghoog.co.za is operated by Vlieg Hoog ("us"). By placing an order, you accept these terms. These terms are governed entirely by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) where applicable.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We do our best to display colours and stock accurately, but cannot guarantee that your screen's colours match exactly. Orders depend on stock availability; if an item sells out after payment, we will contact you for a replacement or full refund.

Payments are processed securely by PayFast. We never store your card details. An order is only processed once PayFast has confirmed the payment.

Delivery times are estimates (2–5 working days after payment confirmation) and may be affected by the courier. The delivery fee is shown in full before payment — there are no hidden costs.

You have a 7-day cooling-off period under ECTA, as well as rights under the CPA for defective or incorrect items. See our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the CPA. We are not liable for indirect damage, except as required by law.
