Returns (cooling-off period)

In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you have seven (7) days after delivery to cancel your purchase without reason — the product must be unworn and in its original condition. Contact us at hallo@vlieghoog.co.za with your order number.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or the wrong size/item was sent, we will replace or refund it in terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Send a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery.
